Our Free* local delivery service is available within a 10 mile radius of our shop located at BL1 2DJ

Outside this area we will either deliver via our own vehicles and drivers or use a 3rd party courier company, this depends on the location of the customer and the products to be delivered.

Casa home delivery service is charged at the discretion of casa home, we will always give a fixed delivery cost before you commit to purchasing an item.

Courier delivery service is via a next day insured service, the cost is determined by the weight/size of the product.

Courier delivery service charges are provided upon quotation, our minimum charge is £15.00 this is up to 20kgs to mainland UK

All standard delivery locations are mainland UK, we can deliver to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, All UK outlying Islands, and Northern Ireland.

It is always our aim to deliver the products as quickly and as cost effective as possible, we strive to satisfy on delivery.

If you live in a remote or inaccessible location please contact us first to discuss the best options.

We are very understanding firm and will work with you to make this part of our service run smoothly for all concerned.

Delivery Information for items sent via courier

Each and every one of our goods are carefully checked and packaged to ensure they are in perfect condition before they leave our premises, they are then despatched by courier to their final destination.

On delivery the courier will ask for a signature that the goods have been received in good condition (this is a legally binding contract between yourself and the courier and allows us to claim against the courier if the goods are damaged in transit).

It is therefore essential that you carefully check the goods and are perfectly happy with them before they are signed for.

If you are not happy in any way with the product do not sign for the goods and request they are returned, clearly stating the reason for return, We can then arrange for replacement product to be sent out immediately.

We understand that it is not ideal checking the goods while the courier is waiting but it is crucial this is done so we can be confident you receive your purchase in A1 condition.

This helps us to provide a consistently good and trustworthy service to all our customers.
